Heating and Air Conditioning Service Agreement

Full Year Labor Warranty----------Up to 3 Ton

                                                       Up to 5 Ton

Clean and Check-------------Two routine calls, one 15point check and start-up of air conditioner during the cooling season and one 15point check during the heating season.

 

10 % discount on all parts.

 

Prompt priority emergency service for one full year at no added cost.

Optional items: Humidifier, $_________; Electronic Air Cleaner, $__________.

 

 

CONDITIONS:

  1. Ted’s Air Conditioning, Refrigeration & Heating, Inc. will endeavor to render prompt and efficient service, hereunder, but it is expressly agreed that Ted’s Air Conditioning, Refrigeration & Heating, Inc. shall in no event be liable for damage or loss caused by delay or any loss arising out of the performance of this agreement.
  2. Prices quoted cover the majority of units, however, large capacities or units with multiple safety controls and multiple compressors are slightly higher.
  3. Ted’s Air Conditioning, Refrigeration & Heating, Inc. reserves the right to reject any agreement if upon inspection by a service Technician the equipment is found in such condition that service will be unsatisfactory to both parties.
  4. It is mutually agreed that this agreement covers only electrically-operated units inside the equipment and dose not cover electrical or plumbing work or balancing beyond the units, or any work required because of negligence, misuse of equipment, or because of fire, flood, acts of God, shortage of electrical or water supply, sabotage or damage caused by freezing.

Receipt of $_________________ Warranty is, acknowledged and above agreement is accepted by_________________ for above-named company to continue for one year

From date___________________ and will be automatically renewed by payment of invoice each year.
