OGE has a winter weather program - They will provide you up to $3000 in insulation and weather related services to reduce your winter weather energy bills.
To have an inspection done is easy - Just call 800-522-6870 and ask for the Winter Weather Program. They will put you intouch with a clearing house representative. (479-782-5074-Darleen) who will need to ask you a few questions - it is best to have a AOGC bill and a OGE bill ready.
After that they send an inspector out and he will qualify you and then schedule the work. It is that simple.
